Product Development

Product Development Our team will discuss your ideas with you and advise on fabrications and suitable printing methods to develop the technical drawings and the patternsthat will bring your ideas onto paper, screen and then to life.
Fabrics & Trims Sourcing Our sourcing staff works with our network of local suppliers to provide you with an array of of different fabrics, trims, notions, buttons and zippers for your designs. Custom fabrications, dye, trims and notions options are also available.
Sampling With our professional sampling team and our highly experienced workforce we create both paper and digital patterns and grade the sizes before cutting and sewing samples.

Apparel Manufacturing

Pre-Production To minimise shrinkage problems, the fabrics are sent for a pre-shrunk wash.Any changes to the details like fitting, print colours, size, position will be finalised in a pre-production sample before bulk production starts.
Bulk Production After confirmation of the final approved samples, our cutting department starts to cut fabrics using the latest technologies and fully automatic cutting machines for minimum wastage. Sewing is processed both our in house factory and over 20 factories that meet the standarts evaluated by us.
Quality Assurance We strive to create quality products that will keep your customers coming back. Our own QC teams performs standard quality control checks to weed out and fix any problems before packaging.
Packaging All items are steam ironed, neatly folded, packed individually into poly bags and boxed before shipping to the final destination.
